Defective Digital Licenses: If a digital license is defective, we will first attempt to replace it with a new license code. If the issue persists, a refund may be processed, Customer need to share the defective product or not working image or screen shot via email to support@it24x7solutions.com within 3 days of purchase, and only if the license key does not work. No refunds will be issued after this period.
Compatibility Issues: We are solely a license seller, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify software compatibility. All software is provided by Microsoft and remains their intellectual property. Refunds will not be given for compatibility issues.
Duplicate Orders: A refund will only be processed if a valid and working license was purchased twice by mistake, not for any other reason.
Defective Keycodes: Defective license keys will be replaced, but only after verification with Microsoft.
Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Office 365 Display Limitation: In Microsoft Office 365, only the preferred name is displayed without the domain. This limitation is beyond our control, and refunds will not be issued for this reason.
No Refund After Delivery: Once digital license keys are delivered via WhatsApp or email, no refunds can be made as the keys are irrevocably transmitted.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
